The Event Context
Breakthrough brought participants together for presentations, small-group exercises, team discussions, and networking. The photography brief centered on team collaboration with leadership and the activities scheduled throughout the session.
The Pearl and Rose Garden rooms provided a distinctive setting for the program, connecting the event’s working atmosphere with the architectural character of The Bellevue.
The Communications Objective
The photographs needed to represent both leadership and participation. Speaker coverage would establish who was guiding the conversation, while discussion, group activities, and attendee response would show how people engaged with it.
The goal was to give the client images of the program in action, alongside a clear sense of the environment in which it took place.
Working Directly With Link Logistics
Emmages worked directly with Link Logistics’ marketing team, reviewing the event brief and agenda ahead of the session. An on-site contact from the People & Culture team provided a point of coordination at The Bellevue.
That preparation connected the photography to the client’s priorities: leadership interaction, team collaboration, and the activities planned throughout the afternoon.
The Approach
Working as the sole photographer, Andriana balanced presentations with the interactions developing throughout the session. The priority was to document real participation without interrupting the work happening in the room.

Coverage followed the session between presentations, small-group exercises, and informal conversation. Alongside speakers, attention stayed on the people listening, responding, and working together.
The aim was to connect each part of the program through its participants: an exchange during an exercise, a reaction to a speaker, or a conversation between colleagues. Those interactions gave the leadership session its human context.
A Sense of Place
The Pearl and Rose Garden rooms gave the event a distinctive sense of place. The visual goal was to show their beauty alongside the presentations and collaborative work taking place within them.

Delivery
Ten edited selects were delivered the following day for social use, giving the client an initial set while the remaining gallery was being prepared.
The full gallery followed with 113 edited images spanning presentations, collaborative activities, networking, and venue context.

Link Logistics received both an immediate selection for communications and a broader visual record of the session.
