Proposals are based on coverage hours, program complexity, location, photographer requirements, and delivery needs. Share your event dates, anticipated schedule, and priorities. Any remaining details can be clarified before coverage and pricing are finalized.
Can you accommodate concurrent sessions and multi-day programs?
Yes. Coverage is planned around your agenda, overlapping sessions, and communications priorities. Where additional photographers are needed, their roles and coverage are agreed in advance. Extended programs receive a coordinated plan for coverage and delivery across the assignment.
How is travel handled?
Travel requirements and associated costs are addressed in your proposal. For assignments outside Philadelphia, arrangements are agreed during planning so they are clear before booking.
How can our organization use the photographs?
Usage permissions are agreed in advance and outlined in your proposal or agreement. Share your intended uses, including press distribution, marketing, internal communications, and partner access, so the appropriate permissions can be confirmed.
Can you support vendor onboarding?
